About Our Programs
We offer programs approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) that cover total healthcare for individuals and their families. Our Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Neurology Residency programs are ACGME accredited, as well as our Pulmonary/Critical Care and Gastroenterology Fellowship programs. Orthopedic Surgery has a pre-accreditation and is actively pursuing ACGME accreditation.
Family Medicine Residency Program
The Family Medicine Residency Program is a three-year osteopathic postgraduate program.
Internal Medicine Residency Program
The Internal Medicine Residency Program is a three-year osteopathic postgraduate program.
Neurology Residency Program
The Neurology program is a four-year training program that accepts two residents per year for a total of eight neurology residents.
Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program
The Orthopedic Surgery Program is a five-year continuum of organized and progressive training.
Pharmacy Residency Program
The PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program is a 12-month, full-time practice commitment or equivalent.
Gastroenterology Fellowship Program
The Gastroenterology Fellowship Program is a three-year fellowship. Training takes place in three Valley Health System hospitals.
Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship Program
The Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship is a full-time, three-year training program that includes didactic learning, patient care training and procedural training.
