Elite Medical Center, an extension of Valley Hospital in Las Vegas, is an official supplier for the Formula 1® Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix during its event series. “We are ready to provide emergency medical care for any Formula 1 participant, staff or visitor from pre-race to post-race festivities and events,” said Collin McLaughlin, CEO of Valley Hospital.
Located in the West Harmon Zone, the Elite Medical Center team can provide a multitude of emergency medical services with the ability to quickly transfer patients to a hospital for a higher level of trauma, heart attack, stroke or immediate surgery needs. “Our ER and administrative teams have been working very closely with the Las Vegas Grand Prix team for the past year,” said McLaughlin. “We are ready to support the medical care our Formula 1 partners and guests require.”
The medical director of Elite Medical Center is Jeff Davidson, MD, FACP, who has served as the Chair of the Valley Hospital Emergency Department for more than 25 years and has extensive experience in the domestic and international sports arenas of UFC/The Ultimate Fighter. He has also served as the medical director of critical care transport for American Medical Response and Medic West Las Vegas for more than 23 years and as the medical director Las Vegas of Guardian Air for almost 15 years.

Formula 1 and Liberty Media Corporation are working together to promote the Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023 in partnership with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. The inaugural race weekend is set for November 15-18, 2023. Taking place at night against the iconic Las Vegas backdrop, the track will see drivers reach jaw-dropping speeds of over 210 mph (340 kph) as they race around some of the world’s most iconic landmarks, hotels and casinos on the legendary Las Vegas Strip.
